What makes training with me so special?
The Training If you want to master your body, train bodyweight training with me. If you want to master your environment, train with external loads like barbells and kettlebells.
Our trainers are proficient with all 3 as they have years of experience using them as athletes and trainers. Also when it comes to training with me:
- You don’t have to be a superstar everyday
- You can go at your own pace
I am not a drill sergeant so I don’t yell. I am a coach so I coach. Think of me as a facilitator or an instruction manual (that is actually helpful).
Here’s a quick reference to the practice of my coaching.
As a coach there are four key tasks:
- Establish a baseline
- Clear explanation of what must be done.
- Develop a plan to do it individual to you.
- Enable the means to execute it.
Nutrition Our fitness programs are great and the workouts are fun, but NOTHING will replace great nutrition habits. That’s why I don’t leave you to fend for yourself. My fitness records update your progress and habits to keep each other accountable by connecting you with me using ProCoach powered by Precision Nutrition. This way we can see how you’re eating and progressing in real time. A shared mission here at BKB is to help people reach optimal health and fitness levels so that they can present themselves in a way that inspires, impresses, and reflects a strong lifestyle.
My clients, are not just clients we’re a community. People that are willing to wake up in the early morning or stay up late to train are a rare breed, so we’ve got to stick together! Occasionally we’ll break away from the training to enjoy an obstacle course run, a yoga class, or a climbing session at BKB. Whether you’re with me for a month, a year, or a decade. My goal is to 1) Help you understand a better way to work out and 2) Help you build relationships that will help you with your fitness journey, where ever you go!
